I bought 5 x cables, 3 chargers and 5 extra USB C connectors. I paid a premium price for what I believed was a premium product. Initially the cables and chargers worked great, but less than 2 months later 3 of the cables and 1 of the USB C connectors have failed. I emailed customer service twice and have had no response. When I enquired about sales I received an instant response. Very disappointing 😞

A very nice charging and data cable. Very pravtical. I just leave the attachment usbc in and just connect the cable when need to charge. Cable has strong enough magnet to hold the cable. Long enough cable. Good quality. Ill get a new one gor my other device. It came with 3 attachments micro usb, lightning and usbc. Im happy with it and its well recommended. Thanks again.

Had some issues where the cable wouldn't charge with full capability.
I've persevered over the last couple of days, and I can safely say it’s not an issue with the Magnilink 180 ULTRA, as I first thought. I’ve charged both my phone and my partner’s a few times now, and they’re charging with full capability. What threw me off was that the original vendor’s cable didn’t produce the same issue, which is why I suspected a faulty cable. It now seems the problem was actually down to the PWM on our phones, which refused to negotiate ultra-fast charging whenever the device or plug was too warm. When everything’s at room temperature, it behaves as expected and charges at full capability.

Strong, Reliable, and So Easy to Use

I’ve been using the Magnilink cable to charge my phone and iPad, and it’s been really convenient. The magnetic connection makes it easy to plug in, even in the dark, and it holds securely while charging. I like that I can use the same cable for both devices without swapping cords.
