I bought 5 x cables, 3 chargers and 5 extra USB C connectors. I paid a premium price for what I believed was a premium product. Initially the cables and chargers worked great, but less than 2 months later 3 of the cables and 1 of the USB C connectors have failed. I emailed customer service twice and have had no response. When I enquired about sales I received an instant response. Very disappointing 😞

A very nice charging and data cable. Very pravtical. I just leave the attachment usbc in and just connect the cable when need to charge. Cable has strong enough magnet to hold the cable. Long enough cable. Good quality. Ill get a new one gor my other device. It came with 3 attachments micro usb, lightning and usbc. Im happy with it and its well recommended. Thanks again.

I like it but I don't like how the magnet has trouble coming out when I'm done

Honestly a great investment. I live in a dessert area in Australia and sand is a big problem here, always clogging my charging port on my phone. I cleaned the charger port and have putthis magnilink attachment into the portand leave it there. Solved the big issue straight away.

STAY AWAY! Bought set of 3 cables...none of them worked with either my phone or my tablet. Received an email from the "owner" asking what happened and what they could do about it. I replied nothing "happened!" Your product doesn't work so I'd like a refund. Needless to say, never heard from him again.

I actually love the 180° that thus magnetic charger has as I wanted to be able to play/use my phone without having the connector and such disconnect whenever I would have one of my finger or thumb near it.

These are amazing, been using Magnilink for many years and they work beautifully. However, the magnets in the ultra series are a bit weaker than the pro. Still enough to hold itself but missing that satisfying snap

You sold me a product that won’t connect to a USB unless I pay for another of your products. This is a scam

Works well. I've been able to standardise cables & also keep using some of my other specialist cables with the adapters.

I am extremely happy with these cords! Now I don’t have to plug and unplug for different sized adapters. Plus the charging speed is amazing!

cable are best fast charging 240w i have 1.8 and 2/ 1.6 pitty usb c - usb a didnt come with the 1.8 i had to get a new charger with usb c to usb c

Love this product but be aware... the insert piece can become loose & dislodge. Found it once on the bed then again on the floor. Had to reglue it...

Great idea , BUT, delivery from China, plenty more out there and cheaper, remember YOU have to pay POSTAGE&PACKING where from CHINA it’s FREEEE!!!!!!!!

If you are tired of playing around with mickey mouse adaptors then this is your answer. The pivoting head cable is great but the magnetic adaptors are a game changer. Others are toys, this is an instrument!!

Great product, I do not have to worry about damage the ports when performing plug/unplug charging cable.
Also the pivot head can avoid the awkward angle of the conventional charging head.

I was very excited to find these magnetic cables.
I bought three with three sets of tips.
I had been complaining to a friend about how the tips of my cables were always getting bent and failing - mainly because I trip over them or they get caught in a blanket.
I was lamenting about how much better the magsafe cables were, then my friend found your site.
Great idea - but they come apart out too easily.
They might be OK on a desk, when you are not moving around but I actually use my laptop on my lap.
If I move or knock it slightly it comes apart.

I get caught out when I don't notice it is not charging - I am working away and my computer turns off when I am in the middle of a sentence.

I think it needs a stronger magnet

Would be good in you could include something to hold the plugs not in use

Expensive compared to alternatives on Amazon.
Took long time to arrive.
Good quality for now. Hope it will last.
