This is the third time within a year that I’ve purchased these connectors. While I genuinely like the flexible tips, the overall experience has been disappointing due to very poor customer service.

I bought a pack of five cables, and all of them became damaged within six months, including the connectors themselves. Unfortunately, the company does not honour its warranty. I have tried multiple times to contact them—by phone ([****]), email, and online chat—but received no response whatsoever. Phone calls go straight to voicemail, and follow-up requests are never acknowledged or actioned.

The product design has potential, but without reliable durability and responsive customer support, I cannot recommend it.

Strong magnet

Strong magnet, so the cables stays well connected both to the phone and to the laptop. I didn't check the speed, but I didn't have any notification. The joint helps a lot. I'm happy with it.

The adapters that you sent for my new phone cables are too small to fit my phone
