Shipping policy
Shipping is free on orders over $50 USD. For orders under this amount, a shipping fee of $4.99 will be added You’ll be able to check all the details of your order at the checkout before processing your payment.

- United States: 6–10 days
- Canada: 7–11 days
- United Kingdom: 5–8 days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–11 days
- Europe (EU): 6–9 days

Note: If your order includes pre-order or backorder items, the full order may be held to ship together.
🔎 HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking link.
You can also track your order anytime here:

To track your order:
- Enter your Order Number + Email, or
- Enter your Tracking Number (starts with “NSS”)
You’ll see the real-time status of your package.


For more detailed updates (such as local courier info like USPS, Royal Mail, AU Post), click the link to view the tracking on our logistics partner’s portal: NextSmartship.
This last-mile tracking becomes available after your package clears customs and is en route to your address.

🔒 SHIPPING PROTECTION (NEW)
We now offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout.

This covers:
- Lost parcels in transit
- Stolen packages (marked delivered but not received)
- Damaged items during shipping
If you do not select shipping protection, you acknowledge that Magnilink is not responsible for lost or stolen items once marked as delivered by the carrier.
🛑 MISSING PACKAGES OR DELIVERY ISSUES
- If your tracking shows no update for more than 20 days and the item hasn’t arrived, please contact us at help@magnilink.co to file a claim.
- After confirmation, we will either reship your order or issue a full refund.
📌 If your tracking says “Delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel:
Please contact us at help@magnilink.co within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
✅ If you purchased Shipping Protection at checkout:
- You’re covered. We’ll work with our logistics partner and either reship your order or issue a refund — no questions asked (subject to availability).
- No need to file a police report or contact the courier yourself — we’ll take care of it for you.
❗ If you did not select Shipping Protection:
We will still do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee a reshipment or refund. To be eligible for review:
- Contact your local courier (e.g. NZ Post, USPS, Royal Mail, AU Post) and ask for delivery details.

Double-check with:
- Family members or neighbors
- Building reception or mailroom
- Local post office — it may be held there

If the parcel is still missing after these steps, we may ask you to:
- Provide written confirmation from the courier that no proof of delivery is available (photo, signature, GPS)
- In some cases, file a theft report with your local police to be eligible for reshipment
- We will evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer a one-time replacement or partial refund as a goodwill gesture.
Note: If the courier provides confirmed proof of delivery (such as a photo, GPS, or recipient signature), we reserve the right to decline a refund or replacement.
