Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, please contact us at help@magnilink.co. Please mention your Order number in your request. We will send you all details to return the products.
The return will be at the customer's expense and we will not refund the shipping costs, only the value of the product. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Digital goods and gift voucher.
- Items without original packaging.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please note
- A USD $5.00 admin fees will be charged for all returns.
- This admin fee will also be charged if your order is eligible for return-less refunds or exchanges.
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
- Sale items and bulk discounts are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
EU 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
